Sina Rees

I grew up bilingually with German and English in Bavaria. I graduated from the University of Heidelberg with a master’s degree in psychology in 2009.

After graduating, I worked for a global bank in Switzerland in the finance department for several years. While I was enriched by my experience in the banking industry, I followed my true passion in 2012 and began my training as a psychotherapist at C.G. Jung Institute Küsnacht, Zurich.

Since 2017 I’m working as a full-time therapist and treated a broad range of mental disorders.

My private interest in Meditation, eastern wisdom traditions, and Ayurveda help me to circumambulate my center and influence my therapeutic style. One of my favorite quotes is “To be a warrior is to learn to be genuine in every moment of our life» (Chögyam Trungpa)

As a state-recognized psychotherapist, the costs of a therapeutic treatment by me are usually covered via basic insurance. Private payment for sessions is also possible.
